WELCOME to TLB! Log in using your email and password. Select from hundreds of Train Like a Ballerina workouts on the platform to start working out immediately. Select from strength, flexibility, ballet technique or guided workouts. If a program is what you’re looking for, select the program you’d like to join and you will receive an email with your first week of workouts. New workouts are added every week so be sure to check in regularly to see them.
