TLB has multiple incredible strength & flexibly programs for you to enrol in ranging from 4 weeks to 3 months. Simply go to the program section on the main screen. Select your start date & click enrol. All of your workouts will now show in your personalised calendar. To un-enrol or to select a new start date go back to the enrolled program to change. And yes you can most definitely enrol in two programs at a time!
