Great moves in the program! One thought though, as a Physio/Pilates instructor…the first block of exercises were wonderful moves, but the sequencing didn’t flow. It takes a couple seconds to flip from supine to prone (and look at the exercise the first set), so the transition resulted in losing some of the dedicated to perform the exercises. Perhaps lining them up so it flows from supine to supine to prone to prone (or quadruped), then repeat? This could cut down on time lost in position changes. That said, wonderful program, love the content! Thank you!
