Exercises for TURN OUT

Well if they did I hope they also told you that working with what you were given doesn’t just mean settling, nor does it mean stretching until kingdom come! It means STRENGTHENING. CLAMS – Stack hips and knees on top of each other with your feet in line with your body, knees at a 45 degree angle. While keeping your hips straight, like headlights on a car, lift your top knee up and down.

➡ 1 x minute each side | 2 rounds

BANDED ATTITUDE ABDUCTION – Place a resistance band above your knees (this can also be done without a band just do more repetitions). Hold onto a barre or chair for support. Hinge from the hips as you bend your legs in parallel. Brace your core and lift your working leg to the side keeping the band under tension. Repeat.

➡ 12-15 repetitions | 3 rounds
