This is an INTERMEDIATE workout for glute activation and a beautiful Ballerina booty.
Can be completed WITH or WITHOUT an exercise band.
This video is in full length so you can follow along as often as you do the workout. Each exercise is 50 seconds, with a 10 second break. For more advanced, repeat two-three times, or use a stronger resistance band.
